Shipping

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order according to your total purchase amount, BEFORE any discounts. The shipping table shown below indicates the charges that will be applied to your order during the checkout process.

Please note: Sales tax will only be collected for items delivered to an address in the state of North Carolina. For North Carolina deliveries, a sales tax of 7.75% will be added to your total at checkout. Sales Tax is not included when shipping is calculated.

If you are placing an order for delivery outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you via email to request your approval for any changes in shipping costs. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will be processed routinely if shipping charges do not exceed those listed for the shipping table. For international deliveries, you will be billed directly by the destination country for required duties and taxes.

Currently we are unable to deliver large furniture items outside of the 48 contiguous states.

If you are not available to receive your order or the delivery is refused, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Free Shipping

From time to time, KidsDecorInc.com will offer free shipping to our customers based upon certain criteria. These free shipping offers apply only to deliveries within the 48 contiguous states. We regret that we cannot offer free shipping on any international order or orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Additionally, free shipping is not offered for expedited delivery orders.

Delivery Times

At KidsDecorInc.com we proudly offer many unique hand-crafted and made- to- order products. As such, the delivery times for these products will vary. If applicable, an estimated delivery time is listed within the product description. If a delivery time is not indicated, you can expect to receive your merchandise within 2-4 weeks. Please note KidsDecorInc.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. If an item is backordered we will notify you promptly of the delay.

KidsDecorInc.com ships our products via FEDEX Ground, UPS Ground, or United States Postal Service. Depending on the products ordered, you may receive several different shipments. As long as all products are being shipped to one address, you will only pay the base shipping charge for your order once at checkout. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, you must enter a street address for delivery.

Expedited shipping may be available on certain items upon request. Please contact us at info@kidsdecorinc.com to determine if the product qualifies for expedited shipping and to calculate applicable shipping charges.
